Albert Spalding, Jr., is Of Counsel to the firm, specializing in tax, probate, and estate administration matters. Bert Spalding is a former IRS agent and worked on the legal staff of the IRS at its national office in Washington, D.C. Bert Spalding is an attorney-CPA, and holds the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential. He serves as an associate professor of legal studies and taxation at Wayne State University’s School of Business Administration. He has authored three books and many articles on legal, ethical, accounting, and tax topics.
